Warranty Policy

All products purchased from BOIFUN have a worry-free warranty. You can find the exact warranty period for your product in the User Manual in the product box. You can also verify the warranty period with our customer service team in the body of the message.

30 day money-back guarantee for any reason

Within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, a undamaged product may be returned and refunded in full. After the items are returned to BOIFUN's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

The 30-day full money-back guarantee expires 30 days after the order. Beyond the 30-day period, refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed.

1. Order ID: You can find your ID in your Amazon's order history.
2. Model Number: You can find the model number in product's packaging and user manual. Some products have a model number printed directly on them. The model number helps us more accurately identify your product than the product name.


Note: Before Anker can release the replacement, it may be necessary to return the defective item for quality inspection.
