J'utilise depuis plusieurs jours ce babyphone , qui est d'une qualité incroyable. Je n'ai que du positif à dire. J'en suis à ma 4eme marque de babyphone et c'est vraiment le meilleur que j'ai pu avoir. Et en plus un service client au top. Je le recommande à tout le monde.

We love this baby monitor. The picture quality is amazing and connects to your phone so we can have updates throughout the night. It does everything we need to. We have had 3 different baby monitors so far and this brand is by far the most superior.
Unfortunately ours stopped charging after about 7 months, but with the 3 year warranty, we emailed and they sent us a brand new one. Great customer service.

I purchased one of these last June and used it every day. Unfortunately, the micro USB slot became loose and wouldn't charge. I emailed boifun and received a reply in a couple of hours. I sent in a short video of the problem and I was sent a replacement monitor in 4 days. You can't fault their customer service.
The monitor itself has a very clear screen and is extremely easy to use. I'm very pleased with this item and would thoroughly recommend it.

After having trouble with the camera, they replied within 24 hours and gave solutions to problems.

This product is absolutely wonderful, however for some reason after having the product for under a year the monitor just stopped working with the picture. I contacted the Boifun customer service team and spoke with someone called Andre who was extremely helpful! Andre gave me advice on things I could try to see if the monitor would work again, but when it didn’t a new product was sorted and sent as soon as they were able to do it. It’s such a great product that I didn’t want to use another product type and I was so pleased with the service and how quickly they replied to my email with pictures and videos. Thank you Boifun for your help and for a great product!
