We hope you love your product. If you have any issues, our support team is always ready to help.
1. Warranty
Boifun products come with a 2-year limited warranty for new products purchased from our official website or authorized stores.
Warranty does not cover:

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
-
Damage caused by improper environment, natural disasters, or force majeure
-
Products outside the original warranty period
2. Returns & Refunds
(1) For Unwanted Products
If the BOIFUN product purchased directly from BOIFUN does not meet your expectations or is not suitable for your installation requirements, and the product has not been confirmed as defective by certified BOIFUN technicians, it will be classified as an “Unwanted Product.”
You may return the unwanted product (the “Product for Refund”) to BOIFUN for a full refund or replacement within 30 days from the delivery date, unless otherwise stated on the product listing, receipt, or packing slip.
Please note that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds or exchanges for unwanted products are not available after the 30-day period.
Inspection Requirements
To avoid delays or rejection of your refund request, please ensure that the Product for Refund meets all inspection criteria listed below.
The Product for Refund must:

Be shipped securely in its original manufacturer’s packaging.

Include all original accessories, documentation, and certification labels, such as UL listings, capacity information, brand name, UPC code, and any other relevant materials.

Not contain any permanent alterations, including paint, modified connection inputs, cut or severed wires or cables, or evidence of removed screws, fasteners, or seals.

Be free from any damage, including dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement, or damage caused by power surges.

Display an intact security seal that has not been removed or tampered with.
Return Shipping & Inspection
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation when returning your Product for Refund to the address specified in the return authorization.
Please note that BOIFUN is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during return transit.
Upon receipt, BOIFUN will conduct a thorough inspection to determine whether the Product for Refund meets the inspection criteria.
The inspection process may take up to 5 business days.
If the product does not meet the inspection criteria (a “Non-conforming Product for Refund”), BOIFUN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Reject the return, or
-
Apply a restocking fee of up to 20%.
If a Non-conforming Product for Refund is rejected, all shipping costs and associated fees for returning the product to you will be your responsibility.
(2) For Defective Products (Not Artificially Damaged)
If you receive a defective product not caused by misuse or artificial damage and notify BOIFUN within 30 days of delivery, you may return the product for a full refund or replacement.
BOIFUN will cover all shipping fees associated with the return.
If the product becomes defective after the initial 30-day period but within the 1-year warranty, a full refund will no longer be available.
However, replacement or repair services will be provided, and BOIFUN will cover all related shipping fees.
If the product becomes defective after the 1-year warranty period but within the 2-year warranty, you will be responsible for all shipping fees related to returns and replacements.
Shipping costs for replacement or repaired units will be calculated based on the actual package weight and dimensions.
(3) For Artificially Damaged Products
If the product has been damaged due to artificial causes, including but not limited to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or external force, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If artificial damage occurs within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for replacement or repair services.
However, all service charges, shipping costs, and associated fees will be your responsibility.
If artificial damage occurs after the initial 30-day period, replacement or repair services will no longer be available.
How to Return:

To start a return, you can contact us at official@boifun.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Use a traceable shipping method. Boifun is not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.

If approved, refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at official@boifun.net.
4. Exchanges & Missing Parts
The policies regarding missing parts, incorrect items, or delivery issues may vary depending on where your order was shipped from.
For Orders Shipped Directly from BOIFUN’s Warehouse
If you receive a product shipped from a BOIFUN warehouse that is missing parts or if you receive the wrong product, you must notify BOIFUN within 15 days of the delivery date.
Before proceeding with an exchange for a complete or correct product, BOIFUN may request image or video confirmation. This verification process helps prevent fraudulent claims and enables us to provide a prompt and accurate resolution.
If you did not receive your order or if the product arrived damaged, please contact BOIFUN Customer Support as soon as possible.
In cases where the product arrives damaged or incomplete due to external shipping factors, customers are required to retain all interior and exterior packaging materials. These materials are necessary when BOIFUN files a shipping claim with the carrier responsible for delivery.
Our goal is to ensure that customers receive their orders in full and on time, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us identify and resolve any shipping-related issues efficiently.
For Orders Shipped from Third-Party Stores or Vendors
If your order was placed through a third-party store or vendor and arrives incomplete, damaged, or is not delivered, please contact the store or vendor directly and follow their applicable policies and procedures.
Each third-party store or vendor has its own resolution process for these situations. If they are unable to provide a satisfactory solution, you may also contact BOIFUN Customer Support for further assistance.
While BOIFUN cannot override third-party policies, we are committed to supporting our customers and assisting where possible.
